1. About these terms
These terms set out the rules for using our website, www.standsupplier.com. By using the site, sending a quotation request or registering as a stand builder, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What Stand Supplier does
Stand Supplier is an online matching service. Exhibitors describe the exhibition stand they need, and we pass that request to independent stand builders who may send the exhibitor a proposal.
- We do not design, build or supply exhibition stands ourselves.
- We are not a party to any agreement between an exhibitor and a stand builder. Prices, designs, deadlines, payment and delivery are agreed directly between them.
- We aim to put each exhibitor in touch with up to 5 stand builders, but we cannot guarantee how many proposals an exhibitor will receive, or that any stand builder will be available for a particular event.
3. If you are an exhibitor
- Sending a request and receiving proposals is free, and you are under no obligation to accept any proposal.
- Please give accurate information about your event, stand and budget. We may contact you to check or complete your request.
- By sending a request, you agree that we may share its details, including your contact details, with the stand builders we select for it.
- Before you sign a contract, check the stand builder's proposal, references, insurance and the rules of the venue yourself.
4. If you are a stand builder
- The information you give when you register must be accurate and kept up to date.
- New accounts are activated by our team before they can receive requests. We may decline, suspend or close an account, for example if information is inaccurate or these terms are not followed.
- Requests are offered to you as lead offers. Accepting a lead offer uses lead credits from your package, and gives you the exhibitor's contact details for that request only.
- Lead credits, replacements for invalid leads and package payments are covered by our Refund & Lead Replacement Policy.
- Exhibitor details may only be used to respond to that request. They must not be sold, shared or used for unrelated marketing.
- You are responsible for the proposals you send and for any work you agree with an exhibitor.
5. Your account
Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you think someone else knows your password, change it and tell us at info@standsupplier.com. We may deactivate an account or password if these terms are not followed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to send false or spam requests, to collect other users' details, to upload harmful files, or to interfere with how the site works.
7. Content on our site
The content on this site belongs to Stand Supplier or is used with permission. You may view, print or download pages for your own use. Any other use, including commercial use, needs our written permission.
Some content, such as stand builder profiles and descriptions, is provided by users. We do not verify every statement made by users, and their opinions are not necessarily ours. If you think any content is inaccurate or misleading, please tell us at info@standsupplier.com.
8. Links to other websites
Our site may link to websites run by others, including stand builders' own sites. These links are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content.
9. Availability of the site
The site is provided free of charge to exhibitors. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
10. Our responsibility
Our site is intended for business use. Because we are not a party to agreements between exhibitors and stand builders, we are not responsible for the quality, price, timing or outcome of any stand, or for any dispute between them.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Please check this page whenever you use the site.
