This policy explains what personal data Stand Supplier collects on www.standsupplier.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Data we collect
When you request a quotation, we collect your name, email address, telephone number and company name, the details of your event and stand (city, event name, stand size, budget and your message), and any file you attach. We also record your IP address and the page you came from, to help us prevent spam and understand how visitors find us.
When a stand builder registers, we collect the contact person's name, email address and telephone number, the company name, website, address, country and city, the countries the company serves, a logo if provided, and a password, which we store only in encrypted (hashed) form.
When you browse the site, we use cookies as described in section 5.
2. How we use your data
- To pass quotation requests to suitable stand builders and help exhibitors receive proposals.
- To review, activate and manage stand builder accounts, and to show lead offers in the member area.
- To contact you about your request or account.
- To protect the site against spam and misuse.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
3. Who we share it with
- Stand builders. The details of a quotation request are shown to the stand builders we select for it. An exhibitor's contact details are shown to a stand builder only when that builder accepts the request.
- Service providers who host the website and provide analytics, only as needed to run the site.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 6).
5. Cookies
- Essential cookies keep your session working, protect forms against forgery, and keep stand builders signed in to the member area. The site cannot work properly without them.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics help us understand how visitors use the site. Google's own policy explains how it handles this data.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop forms and the member area from working.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Stand builders can update most of their details in the member area. To make a request, email info@standsupplier.com.
7. Security
We protect personal data with reasonable technical measures. For example, passwords are stored only in hashed form and access to the admin area is restricted. No website can be completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
