Exhibition Stalls in Delhi – Design, Rental and Builders
Delhi, India's capital
- Free for exhibitors
- No obligation
- Up to 5 quotes
Delhi is at the heart of India's trade show calendar. Two of the country's biggest venues are here: Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan in central Delhi, home of the India International Trade Fair, and Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, a modern convention and expo centre close to the airport. Between them, they host national and international shows through most of the year.
Whether you need a stall designed, rented or built from scratch, Stand Supplier connects you with up to 5 stall builders who work at Delhi's venues. Send one brief, compare their quotes and choose the one that fits. We are a matchmaking platform: we never build stalls ourselves, and the contract is always between you and the builder.

Planning a stall for a Delhi show
Your show's exhibitor manual is the final word on rules and deadlines, but a few things are worth knowing about Delhi's venues before you brief a builder.
Shell scheme or bare space
At ITPO shows such as IITF, you can usually book either a shell scheme, a basic stall supplied by the organiser, or bare space for your own custom stall. Bare space normally has a larger minimum size than a shell scheme. If you change your mind after booking, converting a shell scheme to bare space needs the organiser's approval of your layout, so decide early.
Power and organiser services
The space rent normally includes only a basic power load. If your stall needs more for lighting, screens or machines, extra load has to be ordered from the organiser in advance. A good builder will list your power needs and include the organiser's order forms in their plan.
Corner stalls and double-decker stalls
- Corner stalls need their own plan. See our 2 side open stall design page for what a corner stall involves.
- Mezzanines need approval. At Bharat Mandapam, the design and structural drawings of a mezzanine (double-decker) stall must be approved by ITPO's engineering department before construction.
Approvals and contractor deposits
Organisers ask for stall drawings and contractor details before build-up, and many ask the stall contractor for a refundable security deposit that is kept if the stall is not finished on time. Deadlines and amounts change from show to show, so ask every builder how they will meet your show's requirements.
